Redtiger Hardwire Kit FAQ

1. Connect the hardwire kit to the fuse box or OBD connector of your vehicle, to enable parking monitoring mode.

2. The Hardwire Kit cable length is 3.5m/11.5feet. Please measure the distance from the vehicle fuse to the dash cam before purchasing.

3. The installation of Hardwire Kit is relatively complex. If you lack of knowledge related to automotive electronics, we recommend seeking professional installation to ensure correct settings.

4. Some customers have reported that installing the hardwire kit may violate vehicle insurance policies. Please confirm with your insurance company before installation.
