We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, please don't open the packaging film after receiving it and contact our customer service personnel to get return.

We offer our valued customers an 18-month warranty free of charge. If the dash cam experiences any quality issues within the warranty period, we will gladly replace or refund it free to ensure your shipping experience.
Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the customer.
We kindly request that contact our customer service first before ship your items. Failure to do so may result in your items not being returned, and it will be considered a loss.
Please kindly note that if a return or refund is requested due to personal reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened package with the packaging film intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
