Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

We proudly stand behind our products, so all products come with manufacturer warranty!

All dashcams and sold from Redtiger include a 1 year manufacturer warranty, and all accessories come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam. Please notice we can’t offer free return or full refund for personal reasons and for items are either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage. If you have any need for more installment and usage instruction, or wish to return products, feel free to contact us anytime via email or phone.


We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to request return.
2. Return to our warehouse.
3. Refund after receiving the product.

Plese Note: Do NOT ship your item without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your item will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: The shipping fee will not refund after the product is shipped.
